Training Run Schedule

We will be scheduling training runs at various times during the year so that you can get a taste of the trails you will be on, meet others entering the event and just work on your overall fitness. We will let you know the length and difficulty of each training run on our Facebook page so you can select which group(s) you want to train with. We will ensure there will be two seperate groups for each training run with one catering to those who want a longer/faster run and the other catering to those who want a shorter/slower run.
