  • All participants in all the events except for the kids race must be 16 years of age.
  • Without the assistance of our invaluable volunteers we would not have a race. Many of our volunteers have spent months/weeks/days preparing and, for those who offer support during the race, they will be at their stations for several hours. They have given up their day and weekend in many cases to ensure you have a great race day and the best experience possible. Please give each volunteer the courtesy, respect and sincere thanks they each richly deserve.  Respect yourself, everyone and everything else including the land.
  • Pacers are not allowed to pace any runner in any race except the kids race.
