Entry Process

  • Complete and submit the entry form and your entry fee online before the entry deadline. If entering a team the team captain will create and pay for the entire team. Team members can then register themselves.
  • IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENTS YOU MUST FIRST COMPLETE AND SIGN BEFORE A RACE OFFICIAL OUR WAIVER WHICH YOU CAN FIND BY CLICKING HERE.
  • If registration is full we will put your name on a wait list and notify you on a first come first served basis if a spot becomes available.  If you have been notified in writing that you are entered into the race from the wait list you must submit your entry form and entry fee online within 24 hours of being notified of a spot becoming available failing which you will lose your spot in the race.
  • Once you have submitted your entry form and entry fee online before the entry deadline your spot is reserved.
  • Entry fees are transferable only if: (a) the person(s) being replaced has informed a race director in writing this is the case; (b) the person(s) being replaced has also notified the director in writing who the replacement person is; (c) the replacement person(s) have/has complied with all registration requirements.
  • Once you have registered your name will be posted online confirming your registration.
  • Sorry but no refunds will be given once you have registered for a race however, if you are unable to participate in an event for a good reason your entry will be automatically transferred to the same race in the following year. Bad weather would not be acceptable as a good reason. No further extensions will be granted.
  • BONUS:  ALL REGISTERED RUNNERS SHALL RECEIVE A FREE MEAL FROM THE ON SITE FOOD TRUCK UPON PRESENTATION OF THEIR RUNNING BIB!!!
  • IMPORTANT  Runners registering after the 26th August will not receive a T shirt, but will be offered other swag of equal value.
